What is the arrangement From Del-Jai -Del?
Subject to Minimum of 42 guest, we will have a dedicated A/C Volvo coach (Optional) From a fixed departure point in Delhi & Jaipur.

Alternatively you can travel on your own & there will be a fixed meeting congregation in Jaipur. You is requested to confirm the arrival detail & if drivers' accommodation required (optional).

What is the arrangement of parking & safety of cars at Jaipur?
We have a dedicated secured parking for 25 Cars

What type of coach for transfers ?
They are clean & well equipped coaches (best available in that area) Each coach will be accompanied by an educated and mukeshrmed guide.

Maximum how many people can go in a coach ?
Firm allotment of berth.

Will there be a separate seat for children ?
Yes

What will be the arrangement for baggage handling ?
Pre Baggage Check-in with baggage tags after identification at Jaipur.

How will you allot the berths ?
Pre defined berths along with boarding cards will be issued before check-in.

Saloon facilities & allotment ?
9 fully air conditioned designed luxurious saloons with a capacity of 72 berths. Each saloon has four twin bedded cabins, two bathrooms ,on sharing basis with running hot & cold water, shower , wall to wall carpeting & other amenities.

Food (veg/non-veg) (Buffet / Table Menu) ?
It offers a variety of both Veg/ Non Veg food . Variable food (freshly cooked - based on the ingredients available on board) has been arranged. Pl confirm if any special food requirement.

Will it be possible to get Tea/Coffee on request ?
Yes, Unlimited Tea/Coffee can be ordered.

Temperature, Recommended clothing ?
Padiyar Day 1 (-1 C ) thus heavy warm clothing is recommended.

What is the arrangement for Medical aid ?
First aid is available on the train. A doctor can be arranged on call at every station.

Can we board & De-board out of this itinerary? (Ex. somebody wants to join /leave enroute. )
Yes but there will be no refund.

What is the arrangement of alcoholic Drinks? Will they be served for all three Days?
HOW has a wells stocked bar, however all alcoholic drinks are paid directly by you to the HOW.

What will be the extent of Mobile mobility?
Almost 90% of the journey area has mobile connectivity. However, the service personals on board carry BSNL mobiles, which can be used if need arises.

Which areas of the train have music?
Only the bar Lounge of the train

What is the ratio of the attendant to the guest?
One attendant & one saloon captain attached to every coach.

What is the frequency of the servicing of the Bath-Rooms?
We have a dedicated person who will take care of cleaning of Bathroom every time it is used.

Is there a insurance in place which not only covers for medical contingencies & trip cancellation?
Yes the detials are being worked out.

Is it possible for our relatives / Friend to join us on 31st eve?
On prior reservation yes at a charge of Rs 5000 per person only for the 31st Dec Gala Dinner.
