Day 1: Arrival At  Rishikesh

After breakfast,  transfer to Rishikesh on arrival proceed to sightseeing tour of Rishikesh visit :

• Lakshman Jhula, is one of the landmarks of Uttarakhand. As per the legends, the bridge was built exactly where Lakshman, brother of Lord Rama, crossed the river on jute rope
• Ram Jhula, It is an iron suspension bridge over holy river Ganga. Ram Jhula has the length of 450 feet connecting Shivananda Ashram with Swargashram. Ram Jhula also offers a panoramic view of river Ganga and Rishikesh city having number of temples.
• Gita Bhawan, is one of the biggest and famous ashrams in Rishikesh. Gita Bhawan Ashram is a piece of Gita Press. Gita Press is outstanding distribution house for Hindu Religious Books

In evening attend Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan. Overnigt stay in Rishikesh.

 

Day 2: Rishikesh – Barkot (approx 200 Kms/ 7 hrs)

After  breakfast drive to Barkot. En-route visit Kempty fall at Mussoorie, , known for its milky streams of water. The pond formed at the bottom of the falls make an excellent spot for swimming, fishing, and bathing.

On arrival at Barkot check-in hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel at Barkot.

 

Day3: Barkot - Yamunotri (approx 50 kms)

After Early breakfast drive to Janki Chatti and then trek for Yamunotri.

At Yamunotri , one can take a bath in Jamnabai Kund and dip raw rice or potato in Surya Kund, after cooking use it as Prasad. Witness the mesmerizing view of Aarti offered to Divya Shila and to main deity Yamunaji.

Back to the hotel.  Overnight stay in the hotel.

 

Day 4: Barkot – Uttarkashi (approx 100 Kms / 4 hrs)

After breakfast , transfer to Uttarkashi for night halt by covering distance approx. 100 Kms in 4 hrs.

Visit Vishwanath temple at Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at hotel.

 

Day 5: Uttarkashi - Gangotri (approx 99kms/ 3 hrs)

After Breakfast, transfer to Gangotri which is surrounded by snow capped picturesque Himalayans.

After Offering prayer at Gangotri temple explore the place, visit to submerged Shivling of natural rock. Back to Uttarkashi. Overnight stay at hotel.

 

Day 6: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (approx 210 Kms / 7 hrs)

After an early breakfast , transfer to Guptkashi. It is an approx 210 Kms in 7 hrs journey. On arrival check in at hotel, Overnight stay at hotel.

 

Day 7: Guptkashi – Kedarnath ( approx 45 kms)

Transfer to  Gaurikund, from this place trek to Kedarnath starts. Distances to be covered by trekking are 45 Kms and 14 Kms .To cover trekking distance one can hire pony or Doli. Kedarnath houses one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. On reaching Kedarnath visit the main temple. Overnight stay in the hotel at Kedarnath.

 

Day 8 : Kedarnath – Pipalkoti (approx 158 Kms/5 hrs)

After breakfast,  visit to Kedarnath temple,  back to Gaurikund (14 Kms trekking distance).

Transfer to Pipalkoti. Check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel

 

Day 9: Pipalkoti – Badrinath (approx 77 Kms/ 3 hours)

After breakfast, proceed to Badrinath via Joshimath. On arrival at Badrinath, check-in hotel and enjoy the evening Aarti at Badrinath Temple. Overnight stay in the hotel at Badrinath.

 

Day 10: Badrinath – Srinagar (approx 186 kms/ 7 hours)

In early morning, one can take a holy bath at Tapt Kund and proceed  for the Darshan of Badrivishal Brahma kapal for the Pind dan Shraddh of ancestors. Explore the other holy sites at Badrinath such as:

• Mana, It's believed that Pandavas had passed through Mana during their journey to heaven. There's a famous stone bridge created by Bheem (one of the five brothers among Pandavas) which is known as 'Bheem Pool' near River Saraswati.
• Vyas Cave,  is an ancient cave that is situated in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, just few kilometers away from the famous Badrinath shrine.

Thereafter, proceed for Srinagar. Check in to the hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel

 

Day 11: Srinagar – Haridwar (approx 156 Kms/04 hrs)

After early breakfast, transfer to Haridwar. On arrival, check-in to the hotel. Afternoon sightseeing tour of haridwar including:

• Mansa Devi, is a Hindu temple dedicated to goddess Mansa Devi . The temple is located atop the Bilwa Parvat on the Sivalik Hills.
• Chandi devi temple, is a Hindu temple dedicated to Goddess Chandi Devi . The temple is situated atop the Neel Parvat on the Eastern summit of the Sivalik Hills.
• Ganga Aarti, In the evening enjoy the enchanting view of Ganga Aarti.

Return to hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

 

Day 12: Departure

After Breakfast , take the departure.
