Day 1: Arrival In Amritsar

Arrival at Amritsar, check-in at hotel, relax and afterwards first visit:

• Sir Harmandir Sahib, worldly known as the Golden Temple. The temple dates back to the 16th century and was built by fifth Sikh Guru.
• Jallianwala Bagh is a memorial site built in the remembrance of numerous innocent Indian who lost their lives during the Amritsar Massacre happened on 12th April 1919.
• Maharaja Ranjit Singh Museum, also known as the Summer Palace of the Maharaja Ranjit Singh. The museum houses a rich collection of weapons, miniatures, coins and paintings belonged from the court of Maharaja Ranjit Singh.
• Wagah Border (Indo-Pakistan Border). Spectacular ceremony of “Beating the Retreat” held every evening at Wagah border near Attari become an important tourist attraction on both sides of the Indo-Pak border.

Back to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 2: Amritsar To Jalandhar (approx 83km/ 2 hrs)

After breakfast,check out from the hotel, transfer to Jalandhar, check in to the hotel and relax, then visit:

• Pushpa Gujral Science City, has so many things to explore, it feels like a little science-themed city. The exhibits at the Science City are too numerous to name, covering everything from life sciences to transportation science to the science of sports.
• Devi Talab Mandir, is a 200-year-old Hindu temple located in Jalandhar, Punjab. It is in the heart of the city, which attracts thousands of people from all over the world. The main goddess is Durga, and it is one of the 51 Shakti Peethas in India. In recent times, the temple was renovated, and few changes have been made to the original structure.
• Rangla Punjab Haveli, is a centre where the culture, traditional lifestyle and various art forms of Punjab are showcased. Ranging from the traditional dances of Bhangra and Gidda, to live puppet shows known as Kuthputli and even the showcasing of traditional Punjabi artefacts of phulkari and juttis, which you can take back home, this cultural museum and showhouse aims to guide you through all the glory of Punjabi culture and history.

After the day sightseeing tour, back to the hotel in the evening. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3: Jalandhar To Ludhiana (approx 61 km/ 1 hr)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Ludhiana, check in to the hotel and relax, then visit:

• Gurudwara Nanaksar, is a holy shrine was established back in 1975 and was built as a memorial to Sri Guru Gobind Singh. The Gurudwara is home to three shrines namely Gurdwara Sahib Patshahi Pehli, Gurdwara Sahib Patshahi Chhevin, and Gurdwara Sahib Patshahi Dasvin. The grand structure is six-storey high and looks magnificent in the evenings when it’s all lit up! Bask in the divinity of this place to calm your soul and while you’re at it make sure you taste the delectable langar meal too.
• Nehru Rose Garden, is a beautifully landscaped garden which is home to over 17000 plants and 1600 varieties of roses.

Back to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 4: Ludhiana To Patiala (approx 94 kms/ 2 hrs)

After breakfast. Check-out from the hotel and transfer to Patiala. Check in to the hotel and later visit:

• Qila Mubarak Complex, is a rampart fort cum palace built in Sikh Palace architectural style- a derivative of Mughal and Rajput style of architecture in India.
• Sheesh Mahal, the Palace of Mirrors, Sheesh Mahal was built as a part of the Old Moti Bagh Palace in the 19th century. There are a lot of frescoes, mostly made under the reign of Maharaja Narinder Singh.
• Gurdwara Dukh Nivaran Sahib, famous for curating virtues. Visitors have faith in the healing qualities of the water here and pay an annual tribute to this Gurdwara.

In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay. Anandpur Sahib

Day 5: Patiala To Anandpur Sahib (approx 120 kms/ 2.5 hrs)

After breakfast. Check-out from the hotel and transfer to Anandpur Shaib. Thereafter, visit:

• Kesgarh Sahib, is among the most revered Sikh institutions in the country. Its foundation was laid in 1689, and the Khalsa Panth was born here. The initiation of Khande di Pahul by Guru Gobind Singh Ji happened here on the holy day of Baisakhi in 1699. This sacred shrine holds great importance among locals.
• Bhakra Nangal Dam, is situated about 38 km away from Anandpur Sahib and is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region. It comprises of two dams- Bhakra and Nangal. Bhakra Dam is the second tallest dam in Asia with a height of more than 207 meters while the Nangal Dam is a barrage dam located a few km downstream of the Bhakra Dam. The Bhakra Nangal Dam was built in 1963 on the Sutlej River and is the second largest water reservoir in India.

In the evening, return to the hotel in Anandpur Sahib. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 6: Departure

After breakfast, take the departure.
